Bio: I began my Keto journey on November 4, 2018. Retired from 35 years in the induction engineering industry. 1 daughter.

Bio: This will be my 2nd time in course. I am 53 yrs old from Maryland. I am back to sharpen my focus and get motivated to make progress on my goals.

Bio: Grew up in Westlake Ohio. I am the 6th Child of 8. Was not well behaved in High School. Was banned from commencement but did get that diploma.
