I’m almost 42, but want to feel young (as I currently do) for a long time. I believe we CAN and SHOULD put in the effort to remain healthy for our own enjoyment of life, and for our family’s benefit. I work out around 5d/wk, aiming for at least 45 mins/workout. Beyond health and exercise, I aim to be the best version of me in all aspects. Quality work, good role model, good spouse, etc. One thing I really enjoy about this group is the positive energy.
Be Fit for your FAMILY
Family is the reason we do what we do. We want to make them proud and feel safe. They are the drive to become the strongest version of yourself! Do you agree?

Of course! That’s a major motivation for me to be fit and healthy.
Feeling Weak, Tired or Dehydrated?
Feeling dehydrated, weak, or tired during the day? You might be missing out on two crucial elements in your diet: water 💧 and protein 🥩. Water: Hydration is key to maintaining energy levels, especially during fasting. Drink plenty of water during non-fasting hours to stay hydrated throughout the day. Protein: Essential for muscle repair and growth, protein helps keep you feeling full and satisfied. Incorporate sources like lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, and nuts into your meals. Prioritize these two essentials to optimize your fitness and health journey. 🌟

1. Get Casein from Popeye’s or other health supplement store 2. Put one scoop of Casein in a shaker bottle, a blender or mixer (ex: Nutribullet). Add around 1.5 cups of water and/or milk. Add other stuff if you’d like (ex: banana, peanut butter…) 3. Mix 4. Drink

What about having casein protein (25-30g) each morning? I've been doing this for a few years since it digests more slowly, and helps you stay nourished while you fast. It's more expensive, so I only have it in Ramadan.
