I typically shoot around 90 for 18 holes. I’m considering purchasing a 7 wood, my brother just bought one and I hit it at the range. I hit several balls and the all flew high, long, and straight so I think I’m sold. Please give me your recommendations on what brand you think I should buy. I look forward to hearing from you. I’m in the market for irons. I’ve read tons of reviews and recommendations. I recently went for a fitting too. I tried a few different brands and shafts. They determined Taylormade Qi was best for me. I don’t want to spend as much. I’ve read a lot about Srixon ZX5 and Wilson Dynapower. My main goal is distance. I have a higher than normal launch so I think I should get irons with lower lofts. Local golf shop told me it’s normally not a good idea to change the loft. I just got fit for a TSR3 Driver by a local fitter. 9 degree standard settings with a Graphics Design AD DI 6x shaft. Swing speed is average 105. I'm an 11 ish handicap. I playing Srixon ZX5 1st Gen Irons Ctaper light 110 shafts. Looking to upgrade here in the next couple of months as I have played a ton of rounds on these over the last 2 years.
