Does my client need to purchase a phone number through GHL for GBP messaging, outbound texts, and calls? Specifically, if I’m white-labeling GHL for an HVAC client, do they need to be A2P/brand compliant, or can they use their existing phone number directly without going through the compliance process?
@Caleb Ulku is there a way to implement and track this on GHL, where we use clients phone number, automate the process by sending out review requests on clients behalf, to their customers? Bypassing a2p and automated number from GHL? That’s my issue, I think GHL makes it mandatory to use function, we have to get an automated number with GHL.
