Day 11 outlook - morning routine is on 100 it sets the day for my puts me in the proper mindset for the day , nutrition no sugar has been on 100 , making the healthy choice and consciously making it . V300 will be posted at end of work day later this evening . What I have learned is that I need to journal I need to reflect on the day in order to release it . Mind needs to be clear and shut off in order to get proper sleep . Hope everyone out there is moving forward on the positive foot and let’s go .
