@Obk Zak Thank you and I am aware of this workaround which is something I could consider as a creator But it shouldn’t be a need when this issue can be identified by the Skool team in collaboration with the loom team Similar to the collaboration on adding timestamps on loom videos inside Skool This was solved before by @Sid Sahasrabuddhe and team Now I only push the issue for the cut off at end of videos and hope this could be resolved for the Skool creators long term

@Sid Sahasrabuddhe Thank you brother I am happy that you take a close look at this matter as it was reported over a long period of time And hope we can work together on this to resolve it You and the team are doing great I see how things developed with loom already like the easy link to use that sets things up right Adding transcript from loom to the course etc Hope this nasty bug or issue with videos being cut can be resolved and identified where this is coming from

@Garry Malone I understand that Skool is handling the vat and send us the net amount once a week via stripe express as a US company So we only report one lump sum from Skool as our “client” who paid x amount via stripe express But the European customers will get the invoice in name of Skool @Sid Sahasrabuddhe Said in DM that the VAT is handled by Skool as per faq and that there will be an update next time Because the test purchase from Germany was not having the vat attached to it and therefore Skool has charged less amount I will let you know in DM once my first payout is in stripe express Because I do not see the first charge in stripe and understand it will go into the cycle on Wednesday When that happens I will let you know Because now it is nothing we can do from our end This is something the Skool team has to fix when it comes to VAT charges The only thing I will make sure about the payout in stripe is to document the money is coming from a US company and report the tax accordingly from a Non EU customer As I am brand new to Skool I am just waiting for the first round to go through and wait for an update from the Skool team on the fix for the VAT issue Maybe @Sam Ovens or @Sid Sahasrabuddhe can comment on this VAT challenge
