🍗 Roast my landing page! 🍖
I’ve made $1.62M in real estate investing over the last 8 years. I did this while growing in my full-time consulting role from an IT consultant, to a management consultant, to a director-level employee in the last 10 years. Now I’m building RBMT to offer investment consulting services. Link below takes you to my test landing page v1.0. Roast it! What about it makes you cringe? What about it could be made more persuasive? What can I change to turn you into a buyer that says “Hell yes!”? www.RBMTVentures.com/InvestmentConsulting *Not sure if this is an allowed post but I’m just looking for feedback, not actively selling! Apologies if this is not in accordance with group rules.

I had an amazing time sharing a little about my journey and growth as a real estate investor and soon-to-be syndication operator with Matt Faircloth at the DeRosa Group! Check out the recording linked here:

Reading this changed my perspective on EVERYTHING! 🤯
https://mises.org/online-book/human-action Have you ever heard the word praxeology? When I was working as an IT consultant for the biggest bureaucracy on the face of the planet, I felt like a tiny insignificant bug working for an evil alien empire - just doing my job, crawling deep between the gears of one small system which itself was operating in a huge ecosystem of people and departments within a nation-sized spaceship of an organization. Needless to say, it felt like nothing I did or did not do had any real impact. I find that when I'm in situations like that, I check out mentally and coast. I need to be challenged at the right level consistently for me to be really passionate about what I do. So as I was bored sitting at my desk day after day browsing the internet from a very locked down firewall. I browsed educational, government, and blog sites that I thought were interesting. It started with a lot of basketball news but ended up growing more towards things I thought would be useful for me personally. That shifted things to health when I learned about lifting weights, fasting, and basic nutrition. My boredom persisted as I experimented in the gym and avoiding certain foods so I looked for more topics. I found financial topics greatly interesting and gobbled up everything I could learn about financial independence and early retirement and began testing these practices too. I also ended up finding an interest in politics, economics, and psychology and how those topics relate to individual tactics I could use as I became more interested in entrepreneurship and financial success. ENTER THE AUSTRIAN SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS! I stumbled upon the name Ludwig Von Mises and partially because it is such a cool name, I was instantly curious. Turns out this is the father of the Austrian School of Economics! He basically built the entire field of economic reasoning from one simple principle which he called PRAXEOLOGY. It's actually extremely simple, which all the basic building blocks of our complex universe are. All it says is:

@Karol Djana Exactly! All humans are rational, they might just be using formulas that they’ve built incorrectly from their personal experiences that aren’t accurate to reality in all cases

@Mark Dorrill The mises.org blog is great for finding quickly digestible takes on different topics and if you have a lot of time the whole book human action is there too
🏎️ Lamborghini for sale - $2,000! 🤩
Brand new! 0 miles! Mint condition! Delivered directly to your door! Unbelievable offer right!? It’s too good to be true… and that’s exactly my point. Price tags matter. They impact your customers psychologically. When you charge an amount that is extremely low, which I was considering since I’m starting out new and don’t have previous clients, you actually force your prospects to start from a place of skepticism. They say “Ok, what the hell is wrong with this lambo?” Yesterday I had a conversation with some high-ticket sales coaches and they hammered home this point especially in regards to my particular product. What I’m offering is a HUGE outcome that impacts not just my client, but hopefully my clients family and friends, and even those people’s family and friends. I’m offering the opportunity to create generational wealth, a legacy, and financial security FOR LIFE! That’s definitely a Lamborghini-level outcome. May even be a private jet-level outcome! Keep this in mind as you build your offer too. Just like Hormozi and The Kirbinator say: do your opposition research, CHARGE MORE THAN THEM, and then deliver a product that blows them out of the fuckin water. If you’re solo, I think this means super high-quality white-glove service to your clients. Listen deeply to them and their pain points, do everything in your power to deliver on your offer’s promises (should be the easy part), and (the harder part) find the ways to do more and DELIGHT your client. Listening is key here because that’s how you’ll find the unique challenge your one particular client is facing. Then you provide them a solution. I promise they’ll be a repeat customer and maybe even a friend for life.

@Jacob Trogan Gotcha. Yes this was more of an info collection document for now. I want to have one document with all the detail for my reference and then create different variations of it to put in front of people.

@Alex Lukas first I’m looking to deliver in online sales calls one-on-one although I really like the idea of doing in person presentations to groups as well. I’ve always fantasized about speaking in front of a really large crowd 😁
