Hi there-is it just me or does anyone else see that Placing Trades and Options Fundamentals are the exact same video?

Question. Does anyone know how to get your Robinhood account to upgrade your options trading from level 2 to level 3? I need level 3 to be able to trade spreads and I have tried all possible answers in my investment profile to be upgraded, but no matter which answers I put it tells me I am not eligible yet. Curious to hear if anyone else has head this experience and how they were able to upgrade to level 3. Thanks!

Hi there! I'm finally getting started. Any suggestions for a first time brokerage account besides Robinhood? Also the Brokerage Account video said there would be links but I didn't see any.

Follow-up question. Are these two different things? Can you please be utterly clear on what these are, and where I set them up? I am a complete lay-person, so I think an intro video for people like me would be helpful. Ex: Trading 101. Define terms. Answer "what is a brokerage account?" "what is a trading view account" "what are trades?" ;) Might seem ridiculous to some folks but if I started launching into theological language with some of you (the eschatological differences between denominations), you would scratch your head and look for a dictionary too ;) If someone could humor me with some answers on basic terms here with very clear directions on how or what link to go to, that would be greatly appreciated.
