Snacks?
I know Nagina talked about 1 serving of a fat at a snack, but is there any other snack information? I currently have 2 snacks. In the afternoon a protein bar (IQ or Simply Protein) from Costco, but these would be considered a processed food and probably not good for me. After dinner I have air popped popcorn with fresh pressed olive oil and nutritional yeast on top. Anyone else having snacks?

@Sheryl Dresser if you prep snacks into single serving containers, they will be just as easy a grab as your bars. You can prep lots of non perishable snacks this way and store them where you put your bars.

@Sheryl Dresser definitely make sure you get in protein within 60 minutes of your workout (if you aren’t already doing so). That may also help keep you satisfied and will help with muscle repair.
Snack
How much protein, how much fat and carbs or veggies or fruits in a snack and when do we eat the snack? Can we skip the snack?

@Nagina Abdullah When pairing things with nuts, is it better to have the nut butter form, or can we just eat the actual nuts? For example: a date with walnuts.
