Not really a surprise. All the lawyers and entity structure experts are kind of just waiting for it. It's not a bad law, just asks owners not to hide behind businesses anonymously. With all the fraud that happened during Covid its not a big surprise they'd want more accountability.

I've seen him all over YouTube and Facebook. I've found some of his content quite helpful when it comes to presenting and communicating. How much of the free content out there have you consumed and put into practice?

Toastmasters is an excellent source to utilize as well. I've found good nuggets watching some of the keynote speakers. I'm an avid impromptu speaker, and I'm working on getting more structured and systematized for the sake of clarity and intention. But it's my experience that the paid stuff is usually just fine tuning of the free stuff. If you think you've gotten everything from the available resources and need more then maybe consider the next level courses.

This usually is covered in the down payment. So if you agree to 25% down, the seller only really walks with 22.5%
