#GRATEFUL & DECIDE
Do you know the saying of one step forward, two steps back? "One step forward, two steps back" is an English idiom describing a situation where progress is slow or difficult because every advancement is followed by a setback. Today, I want to share my feelings and experiences. On my monthly goal list, I categorize tasks into "High Level," "Medium High," "Medium Level," and "Low Level" for week one, prioritizing them accordingly. Yesterday, my "High Level" task was to master taking partials and scaling in. After lunch and some personal time, I checked my messages and received one from the incredibly supportive @Earnest Slade Slade , offering to help me with taking partials and scaling in. It was perfect timing. I opened my chart, made some paper trades, and applied Earnest's teachings and my notes for clarification. However, this morning's session with the charts was not as successful. I had a small win, but I struggled with knowing when to scale in. Nonetheless, I am thankful for both my losses and small victories and grateful for Earnest and that I moved forward.

Jackie I understand that problem as well , I am practicing in my paper trading account with TradingView to manage the short/ long position tool creating orders, Sl, TP and taking partials as well. Ryan making seem so easy but I’m still learning to use it.
Shared Q and A: Input for newbies setting up accounts.
Today's VIP session was SMOOTH WINS for all who trade already and Core learning for how to manage and win, for those still setting up to trade!!!! I am setting up my accounts to connect to Tradingview, where I can see Ryan's indicators and start to make trades. Can I get a Apex prop account, working towards evaluation and can i get a Tradovate live account about 500 to 1000 at the same time? Or is it one or the other? Then i can reserved for the most patient, BEST trading days * like today* to start compounding for tradovate LIVE and I'll use apex for OK or the choppy graph days. To manage my account risks and keep learning. Does that sound like a good plan for a newer trader who wants SOME live trades, but not all?? Is it possible to have BOTH a $35 -50 low risk Apex prop eval account and Tradovate Live $500 plus account??

@Wendy Clarke yes I gotta take the πŸ₯‡
Small loss on MYM on live account.
I kept my loss to a minimum today by managing my trade. I moved my stop loss really tight. She retraced to my original stop loss. My loss would have been much greater without the management. How did everyone do today? Did you manage your trade?
