Quick Question.
I have lived in Albania for over 15 years but was born in the US and hold both Albanian and US passports. If I form an LLC in the US with split ownership between myself and my partner, who is a 100% Albanian citizen, would we qualify for 0% tax in this situation? Additionally, what would be the best system for forming an LLC in the US to minimize our taxes as much as possible for both single owned and multi-member llc's?
