US LLC in Florida for non resident
Hi, I would like to know some opinions and what I would need to take in consideration in this situation. I provide digital marketing services to a firm here in the Dominican Republic who wants to open a LLC in Florida. The main goal with this is access payment processors like stripe or others and be able to transfer from paypal to a US bank account without high commissions As I understand the firm would not pay taxes on the US if the employees are based in the DR and the office is physically in the DR. Even if the firm Get clients from the US for legal services. According to what I check the requirements for this are: 1- Name of the business 2- Name and address of the register agent 3- articles of organization 4- Get EIN and ITIN 5- File boi report The owner of the firm wants to open the LLC online and do the steps by herself but would be open to outsource the file of taxes annually and want to open the LLC in Florida because the owner have a person that live there so can use their address and be a representative. As I know there are two members in the company in the DR. Also can we use the same name that in the DR I may think? Any recommendation, advice that you would have in this situation or anything that we are not taking in consideration in this case.
