How will you be paying for your studies?
I will be paying for my studies through a combination of sources. I was awarded a 20% scholarship, which will cover part of my tuition. For the remaining amount, my parents will be providing financial support. In addition, I have some personal savings that I will contribute. I have also secured an on-campus job at the university library, which will help me cover part of my living expenses and further reduce my overall financial burden.

Apart from the fact that I got a 20% scholarship on my tuition, my parents will be fully responsible for my studies while am in the US. My dad is a senior engineer at the Nigeria's liquefied natural gas company and my mom is a business woman. She oversees my dad's gas plants and hotel businesses. And I also secured an on-campus job at the school library which would help cover part of my living expenses.

I choose to study at the university of New Haven for my MS in business analytics because their program offers some very important specialized concentration like, Global supply chain analytics, Hospitality and service analytics and Marketing analytics. Which would give me an edge to be able to work across a variety of industries. And I was also drawn to their capstone program which would help me gain practical experience through real time consulting with over 500 organizations, which would greatly help me enhance my skills as a business analyst. Aside from that I was also offered a 20% discount on my tuition.

My decision to go to the US is based on my desire to get an advanced degree in business analytics, have been working as a junior business analyst for a couple of years now and am really looking forward to advancing my career as a business analyst. The university of New Haven has one of the best business analytics program in the US and it's also very affordable. And aside from that I was also offered a 20% discount on my tuition.
