YouTubers Work Hard. YouTuPreneurs Work Smart.
Most creators believe YouTube success is about working harder. The truth? It’s about working smarter. YouTuPreneurs (even with small audiences) blow up and make big $$$ because they: • Don't care about branding • Know the formula for finding ideas their audience can’t resist • Master the art of thumbnails & the science of titles • F*CK looking at CTR and AVD • Only focus on what gets results ($$$ and/or views) YouTube doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, especially when you have a group of people here all willing to learn and grow! Everyone in this group learning and growing together can make you grow 5x faster, by learning from the mistakes of others. Just focus 80% of effort on ideas. That's the highest leverage thing you can do. My FORMULA for viral ideas is releasing in a couple days 👀 and will be posted in the community. You only need 7 mins to use it. So you can work smarter, while your competitors work harder 🤝 Are you excited for it?

Can't wait to use it! :)
Ads ≠ Grow your channel. Ads = FUCK your channel.
You would think that... when you pay to run ads on your YT videos, you get views or subscribers. And you'd be right! For the most part. Because... It’s not ACTUALLY meaningful views you're getting. You're just inflating some numbers that don't mean anything. Brice, a 7-figure media buyer made this mistake... - He was running YouTube ads on his channel, which negatively impacted his organic growth by 90%. - He was stuck at 400 subs for several months. So... - We stopped the ads, cleaned up his strategy, and made the content for him. - Within just 3 months, Brice crossed 1,000 subscribers and saw a 93% increase in views. You see... Running ads on your YouTube channel is like eating too much candy. It might taste good at first and give you a quick burst of energy, but over time, it leads to cavities and health problems. Similarly, it might feel good to see numbers increasing but in real, it’s killing your channel. And if you have bought ads for more than 24 hours, your channel is fucked now and... You won't be getting ANY VIEWS ORGANICALLY anymore. Unless you do the YouTube Detox Diet that I do for all my clients I have helped several creators revive their channel after they ran ads and got themselves stuck. The solution is SIMPLE, yet complicated for most people. Fucked your channel buying ads? WATCH THIS VIDEO BELOW 👇 to learn more about how we fixed it for Brice. Need help? DM me "ads" on Skool

Mihir, this is such an important conversation, and I agree with much of what you’re saying—ads can easily become a trap if not used carefully. However, I think it’s worth clarifying a few points for the community: 1. YouTube's Algorithm Does Distinguish Ads From Organic Videos: The algorithm doesn’t treat skipped ads as ‘bad videos.’ Ads are evaluated on metrics like view-through rate, not organic metrics like watch time or retention. However, if your ads drive uninterested viewers to your channel, that behavior can skew retention and hurt your organic reach. 2. Targeting Is Key: Poor targeting leads to unqualified traffic, which can damage your metrics. But if your targeting is highly precise, ads can work differently. For example, imagine a sexy SaaS company creating a custom audience of venture capitalists actively seeking their next investment. With the right messaging, those VCs are far more likely to engage meaningfully with the content because it aligns directly with their goals. 3. Use Ads Strategically: Ads aren’t inherently bad; they just need to be used with a clear purpose. Running ads on a separate account or using them for product launches instead of channel growth can help avoid the issues you’ve highlighted. Organic growth is still king, but for the right audience, ads can play a role. Thanks for shedding light on this topic—it’s a conversation creators need to hear!
Has anyone tried this YT Ideation Chat tool yet? Thoughts?
It looks like it analyzes content strategy, hooks, and viral formats in seconds—curious if it's as useful as it sounds. Here's an example of its use from the creator: https://x.com/gilhildebrand/status/1861859586619445497

@Arogya Rijal yes dozens but none using YT Ideation yet. Anyone who takes the time to use the YT Ideation Chat can see how this powerful tool transforms an uninspired script into a well-thought-out and deep one.
"Can I get 10,000 subs on YouTube in 4 months?"
That's what Alex Finn asked us on Sept 3rd, 2024 (when he had 1,200 subscribers). We accepted the Challenge. Today: He's 68.5% there, and we still have 39 days left. Can we reach in time? (These results are not typical lol. He's a great personality, skilled, and in a market that's blowing up)

@Mihir Narula The massive added value brought by his videos.
Everyone says “just post more” to grow on YouTube, but here's the truth...
But here’s the truth: Quality beats quantity every time. Take David Meltzer, for example—a 9-figure business speaker with a great reputation in the business world. He's friends with all your favorite entrepreneurs. But his YouTube channel? It was stuck at 60k subscribers—far below what someone of his stature deserved. He could have taken the “just post more” advice and flooded his channel with videos, hoping for growth. And honestly, his team did try (and failed). Because that’s not how real authority is built. Instead, we focused on refining his branding and creating a system that made every video scream value and authority. We didn’t just throw content at the wall to see what stuck. Instead, every video had a purpose: to engage, to convert, and to grow. We even taught his team HOW to make content, so even if we stopped working together, they'd know how to keep scaling. The results? In just months, David’s channel doubled to 120k subscribers, and several of his Shorts racked up 3M+ views. A single, well-thought-out video can outshine 10 rushed uploads. It’s not about working harder—it’s about working smarter. So if you’re tired of spinning your wheels with advice like “just post more,” remember: The real secret to growth is making your content unmissable. That’s the YouTuPreneur Way. 🚀
