Well I carried out some workshops where a team already have a challenge and need to face it, so in some cases I use the tool of look for inspiration and then, with the ideas, we create a museum and in a silense mode, the participant vote for the best idea. In other cases we create a facade to test an idea (and this also part of another tool like pretotype) to learn how users think and react according with the product (in my case is a services).
