Should I niche down on Azure AI
I have been freelancing in AI solo without much planning, thinking about launching an AI Automation Agency specialised in Azure. Would it be a good idea to focus on building custom solutions using Azure's services (AI Studio, AI Search,...) This way I can leverage my technical background instead of competing against agencies who build using drag and drop tools. Reason: many 50-200 employee companies are looking for Azure AI specialists.

Group Project, Idea Suggestion #1
I made a habit of noting down any project idea that popped up in my mind for the last year, I ended up with a bunch of them written in notion xD Here's a sneak peek Idea 1: on-demand smart web scraper using LLMs usually, when writing a scraping script it will be kind of hardcoded for one specific source and you need another script if you want to handle another website, but thanks to recent LLMs like gpt4 who can understand web content you can describe the data you want to be scraped and we'll handle the rest - It would let you scrape any data from any website through an interface, you can select which parts you want to be scraped, and the output format,... - You can set tracking for those fields so that if any changes are detected on the website you are notified. (useful in e-commerce) - You may export the data in JSON for example but you can also ingest the data through an API endpoint which gets updated automatically if you set the tracking mode - No need to worry about IP blocking, we handle those - Can become a SaaS product, I would pay if something like this existed Looking forward to your feedback I'll make sure to post other ideas before the call, stay tuned

@Brandon Phillips yes that's it In step 2 when selecting what to scrape we'll simulate opening the website in a frame where the user can highlight the parts he wants to select
Guided project, generate video timestamps from YouTube url
I'm sure many of you are looking for projects to get more comfortable using LLMs and different api's. I invite you lot to take a look at this mini project i made (I provided, steps, explanations, and code) https://blog.azizamari.tn/auto_timestamps/

@Marco Bottaro I would recommend this lecture, in the second half it goes about some common designs/ architectures when it comes to LLM apps (RAG) https://fullstackdeeplearning.com/llm-bootcamp/spring-2023/augmented-language-models We don't have a clear design pattern yet here, but it's good to know other "unrelated" patterns and methodologies like CRISP, microservices,.. it's all transferrable

Silent Achievements: Why Doing Speaks Louder Than Talking
Ever caught yourself enthusiastically sharing your grand plans, only to realize later that they remained just that – plans? It turns out, discussing our goals might not be as effective as we think, unless it's with a genuine accountability partner. Let's dive into why action often speaks louder than words. Over time, I've come to understand that aspirations are personal journeys. While ambition is commendable, what truly sets us apart is our ability to translate those dreams into reality, quietly and steadily. Rather than broadcasting your intentions, try a different tack. Give yourself the gift of action without an audience. Picture the satisfaction of achieving a personal milestone, without the need for external validation. By keeping our ambitions close to our chests, we minimize the "Intention-Behavior Gap" – that space between knowing and doing. Avoiding the trap of "Social Reality," we allow our actions to speak volumes. Remember, the most meaningful achievements often unfold in silence. I was reading @Aziz Amari's blog and came accross a post that really resonated with me. Here is his post: https://blog.azizamari.tn/talk_less Happy learning to everyone!
