Farah here. I have a PhD in organizational behaviour, specifically in cross-cultural management. I did a Tedx talk back in 2017. Since got chronically ill, had twin babies, moved countries a few times and now looking to get back into it and eventually build myself back up to become into a well-paid speaker!
