Hi I'm Faith from Houston! I am a multi-passionate creative who loves learning. I was a teacher for 18 years. I love building communities and helping others grow. After leaving teaching, I knew I was going to need to do some healing to release the stress and anxiety that came along with the job. I signed up for some trauma energy coaching and found it to be so much more effective than anything I have tried before. So I signed up to become a coach. I'm still working out the details of who I want to help first but I know for sure that I love watching people release old habits and mindsets that keep them stuck in defensive patterns. Outside of what I do, how I be is through travel, music, movies, adventure. I love my toes in the sand at the beach with the water on my ankles. Nothing settles my soul like the sound of the ocean. I have dreams of one day actually living near a real beach. So glad to be here. Looking forward to learning and growing with you!
