@Tellman Knudson great question! First I don’t want to use the tired “I help ____ with _____ who _____”. Maybe I wasn’t feeling creative this morning. Specifically I want to be bold in my offer and I want to be ok with it not being for everyone. I know what I want by the end of the year. I know why I want it. So let’s get specific. I want to partner with 100 or more Skool owners (current and future) to nurture their members through thriving and engaged relationships within the community reducing churn and ghost towns. I also want to see their communities grow through word of mouth from raving fans inside the community & warm leads from without. The getting shit done part is doing the outreach to those not on Skool who need to be. That means my own social posts to create new owners & help them build. I can get caught up in the minor tasks or “planning” which doesn’t even matter if there’s no audience hearing it.
