Everything in our universe or experience, at the quantum level is vibration. I have been playing with my vibration over the past few weeks and I have noticed that we are actually able to control our vibration, which in turn instantly changes how we feel physically, energetically and emotionally. This obviously makes sense because at the subatomic level, our mind, thoughts, feelings and expectations impact our body and world. It takes time in a repeated vibration for something to grow in strength that aligns with that vibration. Whether that is our goals, our abundance or health etc. But there is a way to increase the speed of the creation and that is by getting in alignment with the vibration of that creation or potential and we can do that intentionally by making the effort to get into the same vibration or frequency that aligns with it. I've now added this process of raising my vibration / energy into my own the 5 mins of Conscious Transformation routine @ 5pm each day, to increase the love that I send out and receive. But I am also doing this as many times as I possibly can, whenever I can, whatever I am doing. Whether it's putting on my make up, having a shower, driving my car. I am getting used to connecting to a source that increases my energy. It's been surprising for me that there is such a shift or a difference between the non-effort natural state and then this elevated vibration. When I am in this elevated vibration I just "know" things to be true and "trust" that things are unfolding with a deep knowing. Versus when I am not in that state the mindset shifts and it feels based in something more disconnected from the truth. As I've been enjoying it I wanted to share and offer a little process if you feel called to explore. It has taken me a couple of weeks to really be any good at doing it but after consistent effort, and it is effort I can do it much more easily and with a lot more power. I simply: - take a moment to feel the space around me (eyes open or closed) - know that within me is the spark of the creator, the universal power that created me - I allow that spark to come forth and when I feel it I allow it to grow around me and over me - I acknowledge that I and the source are one (whatever you believe it to be) - Then I choose to allow that love, light and power to radiate forward into whatever it is I am doing. - and as I do whatever it is I bless, love and give gratitude for it

They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you'll look up in time to notice the clock's time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you'll be aware that you're seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.
