Wake up With Gratitude Today!✨
Before you start the day practiced some Gratitude! If you don't then all the stresses of the day will fill up your mind instead So comment below what you're grateful for today :) I'll go first - I am grateful for mother nature and how beautiful nature is 🌳☀️

I’m grateful to be in the position of affording a holiday in Spain when for so many years I either couldn’t or the associated stress was a lot.
Hope everyone has a good day. My new year officially starts here:
First official day of spring (equinox), the international day of happiness, oh and my birthday. What could go wrong! Hope everyone has a great day.

Howdy from Houston
Howdy everyone, I’ve been following Jonah on IG for a while now, and finally jumping back on the workout bandwagon. I’m 60 years young, have T2 diabetes; had carotid artery surgery 10 yrs ago; I have Hyperglyceridemia (without meds chol=700s and trig=5000s). I’m on a whole foods low carb diet, but I struggle w doing work outs. I make time for working for 3 companies, managing a dance foundation, and co-directing a country/line dance performance dance team, but too easily cut working out when it’s the one thing that should be highest priority since it could literally save my life. Jonah’s positive outlook and energy had inspired me to try the 45 day challenge to help me build working out into my daily routine. I’m on day 2 so already I’m 2 days ahead where I have been.

@Mark Evans Awesome job Mark...I'm careering towards 56 this month so i feel your pain and also have a life full of external pressures. I think we are both trying to figure out how to squeeze every drop of living out of the days....I've got some research papers to write and a bunch of new ideas to explore. I work for a veterinary pharma company and am driving some new ideas in the market here in the UK..I'm also taking an MSc part time fitting in with work. Sounds like we have a similar outlook! And similar hurdles to jump....My view...if I don't 'start' looking after my body I'm either not going to have the capacity, health or life to do everything I've got left to do in this world. This year is a landmark year for me. I have (hopefully) the rare honour of being alive for twice the time my dad got to live - coming up May 18th. In part I think its one of my drivers because i have the possibility of doing everything he didn't....including living past 30! Ticked that box..
