Clarity of Purpose is Now LIVE
With the new year approaching, it’s time to stop drifting and start building. I’ve just launched my system for creating purpose and achieving your biggest goals in 2024. This isn’t some BS “plan your year” guide. This is the exact framework I’ve used to transform my life, both in AND out of the cage. Creating clarity, finding direction, and attacking every day with purpose. Whether your focus is growing your business, dominating your fitness, or finally becoming the person you’ve envisioned, this system will help you make it happen. Here’s what you’ll work through: • How to define your purpose and align your daily actions with a long-term vision. • My goal-setting approach to lock in and achieve results without wasting time. • How to build consistency and momentum, even when motivation isn’t there. • Breaking past mental blocks and operating with full confidence every day. This is course is a step-by-step plan to take control of your future. 2025 and beyond. It’s available now at a discounted price for those who are ready to get ahead before the new year begins. Head inside the Classroom section (or click the link below), and start working through the content. 2024 isn’t going to wait for you. The time to take charge is now. https://www.skool.com/gentlemens-forge-8790/classroom/69d44f4f

Hi everyone , Evan here. I wanted to share a quick update on my experience with the "Clarity of Purpose" course, which I'm currently working through. Even though I've only completed a few modules, the impact on my approach to goals and daily life has been profound. Unlike typical yearly planning and mindset guides, that majority are made by some mindset guru who’s not done something massive with their life . This course provides a practical framework that Luke himself has used to transform his life making it to the highest mma stage in the world and also using the same mindset to become a person who garners respect and can do what he wants when he wants , The course structure is straightforward: watch the videos, follow the steps, and most importantly, TAKE ACTION . What I've found particularly transformative so far: -Defining My Purpose: The course has pushed me to define my purpose with even greater clarity. -Deepening Goal Setting: I've learned to delve deeper into my goals, understanding how strategic planning aligns with long-term achievements. -Harnessing Mental Strength: It emphasizes that your mind is your greatest weapon when combined with decisive action. The strategies offered to overcome mental blocks and build confidence daily are actionable and effective. For anyone looking to seriously enhance their personal or professional life, I believe this course could be a game-changer. Thank you, Luke, for creating such a powerful resource. Talk soon Evan
Sharpen your vision for 2025
Everyone’s obsessed with looking ahead at the new year, but hardly anyone takes this time to reflect on the year they’ve just had. The mark of a great man is the ability to reflect honestly and take responsibility for his actions. To look at his wins and failures, own them, and learn from them. Sharpen your vision for 2025. Before you plan your next move, take a hard look at where you’ve been. That’s how you grow. That’s how you level up. What’s the best thing that happened to you this year? What’s the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn? Let’s hear it 👇

Before I start I will try and keep this as concise as I can , because if you really looked hard enough there’s endless things to be grateful for . (Food, water a roof over your head, family members in good health/ Alive , you’re still breathing etc) But I will write this message while I do my hot cold contrast on my toe and pick things that are less generic and some people might struggle to understand why I consider these blessing but here goes : So one major thing that’s happened me this year is tearing multiple ligaments in my foot . This happened only a few months after getting back playing rugby for 3/4 months after I’d come back from a 9 month rehab with my acl. I talked about this in my intro . But I had multiple scans and all the Physio’s were telling me there’s only one guy who can fix it . A guy named James Calder in the uk and it was going to cost nearly 18 thousand euro to get this surgery . And obv I didn’t have the money for this . So then I had Physio’s, some coaches and people in general telling me this could be career ending and consider retiring which I cringed at and they’d try and tell me this is so serious Evan and why aren’t you worried and sad etc . And all I could think of in my head was humming the song I’m still standing by Elton John. I then had Physio’s and other coaches tell me to move position , but I already made a position move at 20 to move into the front row , because i had a coach I trust a lot recommend that . And I believe it’s the position I can go all the way with in rugby Since the injury I’ve found a way to play 9 months on it. (The first 4/5 months I just got in with it , thought it would go away it was only at the end of the season I told people about it and got it scanned )And so for the last 4 months I’ve been trying everything to try and fix the issue .While I find a way via the real world to raise the funds for the surgery, because I do not have 18k , like I said in my intro I work as little as possible to afford training and food and small bills, and have endless time to focus and train on rugby

-What’s up everyone ,my name is Evan. I’m a 22 year old from Drogheda Ireland . -I currently work part time in a gym and manage an instagram page for a rugby academy -The rest of the time is going towards becoming a professional rugby player for Munster Ireland and the lions. I want to play at the highest level. I’ve been on this journey since I was 18. I’ve just worked any odd jobs and part time work to make enough to eat and train and afford for essential bills(cheap phone bill, cheap car bill etc ) I live at home with my parents but play rugby in Dublin. I don’t waste money on holidays or shit. I train multiple times a day. A gym session or conditioning everyday . 90m Individual skills session everyday working on things Im good at and also improving things I struggle with. I also do 1.5hr of mobility a day to keep me feeling good for training and matches and keep me mobile for my rugby position which is prop . And I’m quite a tall guy 6”3 so I need to be mobile to have good height in scrums and be able to move well. We also have team training 2 times a week. Which is a 45m commute each way and I play once a week . I also do about an hour of rehab work a day to get back from torn ligaments. And then 3 times a day I’ve 30m of specific rehab for my yoe When I’m doing my rugby sessions, skill sessions and gym work I fully focus on that . When I’m doing mobility or any rehab work I tune into the real world and listen to the action steps and lessons I need to be good at social media management . I’ve been in this campus for 2 months and already have a paying client (it’s not a lot but it helps pay for a mentorship I have with an ex international prop and scrum coach for one the best teams in the world ) . I believe within 6 months I’ll have my current client paying me decent money and one more client paying me . With this combined I’ll be making enough to quit the job in the gym and do max 20hrs a week for the social media content and have more money and more time to focus on rugby .

@Luke Barnatt honestly my life changed when I started listening to people like ,you, The tates , Justin Waller etc . Following all these people on socials. And curating your socials and YouTube and Although you don’t know these people personally , it’s great cuz when you watch them you can’t interrupt them, you gotta sit and listen and then go and apply all of this. . so even in your downtime when you feel like “alone” you feel like they’re your big brothers and they’re your positive peer pressure. And lastly something yous all have different ways of saying . No one is going to wake up and think hmm how can I make Evans life better and achieve his goals . They don’t give a shit . So it’s on you to move the needle everyday And lastly realise like tates said before you’re the only person who can make this work and you’re also the only one who can fuck this up , if you have a goal, make a plan and commit to it and show up everyday to work regardless how you feel. Including this period of time . most people just sit around til the new years . Your goals don’t care so neither should you.
