Hi everyone, my name is Erick Peterson I'm Canadian and live in Courtenay which is in BC on Vancouver Island. It's not actually cold here and the Island isn't that small, slightly larger than Massachusetts. I along with my wife coach at CrossFit Constant Conditioning, I've been coaching since 2012. I am the owner and head coach. I work a couple of hours more than full-time and would love to bring that number down slightly. I aspire to be a better leader for our gym and team. I want to be better at investing in them and helping our coaches grow. When I'm not at the gym I love to be outside hiking our local mountains with my wife so here are two photos of that :)
