Who’s your favorite coach you ever played for or that coached your kid? Why? He/She Probably made the players feel special. Probably was very honest and gave feedback. Probably respected the player, family, the opponent. What else?

When I think about all the experiences I had growing up in baseball, my coaches did the best they could. Now that I’ve been coaching for 8 years, I know that I can help a crowd of inexperienced coaches. Those moms and dads that step up to be a coach for their kid’s team, but don’t know much. They deserve a lot of guidance. Instead of looking for YouTube videos or reading blogs, how about a community of baseball experts that share practice plans, help solve problems, and instill confidence to inexperienced coaches!
