@Gary McDonnell Thomas Being plant based for 35 yrs, I didn't have a clue about meat or knives when I started carnivore a year ago. Luckily I found UK butcher Scott Rea on YT which is an amazing resource of information. Here's his video on knives: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqwpAK8bUBM

35 years eating a plant-based diet almost killed me! Accidentally became Carnivore in Summer 2023 with immediate benefits but still having some issues
