Hello Joseph! I have spearheading the implimentation of ICS at firm. Do you have any reccomendations for effective ways to track the feedback we get? I am particularly interested in tracking the ways we could improve. I want to make sure we address it internally and ultimately provide the client with a status update with changes we made as a result of their feedback.
