Hoi An Tailor and Custom Shoes
I recently had a suit, women's dress, and custom leather boots made in Hoi An. This is the most famous town in Vietnam for custom clothing. Suit: 4.5 million ($175 USD) - Blazer, pants, shirt Dress: 3 million ($120 USD) - custom design and material Ba Ri Tailor - https://maps.app.goo.gl/72fkUS999tqn2Sek6 Dress boots: 2.9 million ($115 USD) I Love Fashion https://maps.app.goo.gl/zQUMnx6rW1bBp8aC6 The shoes I though were a bit expensive, but overall very happy with the service and quality of everything. I'll attach the full video in case you haven't seen it.⬇️

Hoi An Tailor and Custom Shoes
I watched that video and I thought it was an awesome deal! What you paid for the entire suit would probably be the cost for just the material here and the same for the dress, as well.
@David Jones $20.00 is a steal!
Waterfalls

Overnight train trip
Hi all. I've got a overnight train trip from Hue to Hanoi in a sleeper cabin as part of a upcoming trip. Any tips or suggestions to make the journey more enjoyable? Ta

Hoi An: Premium Leather?
Hi, are these premium quality leather in ancient town Hoi An? And what should I expect to pay? I was offered 1.5-1.6M for a large handbag. Some guy opened with 3.2M and dropped it to 1.5M lol

@Travis Carrasquillo I love the idea of getting things custom-made and have been watching videos of that. However, seeing I'm planning to travel with only a carry-on, I might have to miss out on the goodies. 😌
Always Do the Check
Since I’ve been traveling a lot in the past year, I have frequently instituted the stop and check procedure. Generally, I apply this to anywhere I sit or plop down luggage. When leaving airport seating, turn around and look at your seating area. When leaving your plane seat, inspect the seat, under the seat, and the pocket in front of it if you use that. When leaving a sleeper bus, inspect your seat and any trays or slots. Finally, with hotel rooms always do the room check before leaving. Look in every drawer, shake out the sheets/blankets, and even check the bathroom for forgotten items. With 9 months of traveling, I only lost 2 things, and my wife lost her glasses in Sapa. I lost a neck pillow that I think I put around my neck and it fell off as I was leaving a sleeper bus. The other possibility is leaving it on the seat I put it on, but I was insistent on not doing that. I also lost an awesome wire that could switch between Apple, type B, and type C. I was using it on a sleeper bus.

Good advice @Brad Trammell. I usually do the hotels but now I will make sure I do the others.
@Brad Trammell I recently snagged one on sale on Amazon for lower than $10.00
