I’m Elayna Spratley, Design Strategist & Evolution coach. I’m thrilled to be here with all of you in Product Synthesis! I’m based in Austin, TX, and I run a consultancy called INFOLD Studios, where I specialize in coaching, facilitation, and events that blend mindfulness, strategic thinking, and creativity. My work focuses on helping individuals and teams evolve, embrace challenges, and bring their full potential into everything they do. I’m really passionate about guiding people through transformation, whether it's their customer's experience, how a team approaches their work, or their personal growth. In a way all of our experiences are a product and I love how I can apply my product design experience in various ways to support others on their journey of evolution. When I’m not working, you can find me diving into my love for music (I’m a self proclaimed professional karaoke singer and a 'house' dancer ... at dance at my house lol) or hanging out with my team and my growing nonprofit, Free People, Free People, which is focused on wellness and empowerment in BIPOC communities across Texas. Fun fact: I’m also a huge fan of astrology and human design—I love how these tools can offer insights into how we show up in the world.
