Website
What platforms are you using to host your website? I’ve been looking into bandzoogle as it seems much more artist friendly than shoptify. Any input is much appreciated!

@Friday Jones okay much appreciated. I'm a notice when it comes to web design. I'm going to try bandzoogle and if that's not a good fit I will look into squarespace. Much appreciated!
Content
One of my biggest weaknesses is consistently creating content. Does anyone have a content schedule/ blue that they would be willing to share?

@Emmanuel Leroy Thanks a lot, I definitely appreciate that perspective! I've been to focused on trying to "create" vs actually documenting my journey. I'm currently posting clips from studio sessions, vlogs and other bits and pieces of my journey. How about yourself? What're you finding that works?
Websites
I’m not seeing to many up and coming artist with websites in their social media bios. It’s usually a link to Youtube/Spotify, ect. How soon should we have a website of our own? At the beginning when you’re building a Fanbase or should you wait until You start to establish yourself?

Books anyone?
Hey fam, anyone know of any good books to become more versed on the industry as whole? Currently reading “All you need to know about the music business” by Donald Passman. Really trying to wrap my head around this licensing/copyright thing especially when it comes to using other peoples beats.

Strength & Weakness as an Artist
What are your strengths and weaknesses as an artist? I ask this question because, on my end, writing this has helped me unlock many things about certain processes. Additionally, given our community, some people's weaknesses can be others' strengths and vice versa. As an artist, it is important to be aware of both our strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what we excel at and where we struggle can help us improve our craft and create more impactful work. In terms of strengths, some artists may have a natural ability to create visually stunning pieces, while others may excel at expressing complex emotions through their art. Some artists may have strong technical skills, while others may be skilled at using various mediums or experimenting with unique approaches. On the other hand, weaknesses can be just as important to acknowledge. For example, some artists may struggle with self-doubt or finding inspiration, while others may struggle with technical skills or time management. By recognizing these weaknesses, artists can work to improve in these areas and develop a well-rounded skillset. Furthermore, it is important to note that what may be a weakness for one artist can be a strength for another. For example, an artist who struggles with technical skills may excel at expressing raw emotion through their work, while an artist who struggles with conceptualizing ideas may have a natural ability to create visually stunning pieces. Therefore, it is important to embrace our strengths and weaknesses as individuals and as a community, recognizing that we all have something unique to offer.
