A lot has changed since the last time. I felt funding could have been the reason for the denial so I worked on that, first I converted most of my financial assets I held in crypto into fiat currency and I added them with what I put aside earlier for this pursuit plus I secured an on campus employment with which I intend to take care of my accommodation and some other living expenses.. I also did secured a scholarship from the school which takes care of 50% of the tuition.. And I can assure you my plans to return to Nigeria after this program remain unchanged because I will be leaving behind my wife and my two kids so k will be counting the days to return home to this family I love so much and would have missed while am out there.. Well, first I got a 50% scholarship from the school which takes care of half the tuition and my wife and I have put aside a good amount of money, enough to cover the deficit. I also secured an on campus job with which I can take care of my accommodation and some other expenses Also I have investments in digital assets and rental properties I can always fall back to.. So basically funding won't be an issue.

I chose the ETSU for this masters degree for several reasons amongst which are its curriculum which is very robust, research driven and It has a practical based learning environment with essential tools in the core areas of data analytics.. I believe this will prepare me and enrich me with the tools needed to excel iny career.. Also the school has an extensive student support system under which I got a 50% scholarship and this is something I didn't get from other schools I got admitted to.

My decision to go to the US is borne from my desire to pursue an advanced degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Data Analytics which I believe Wil significantly boost my career I chose the US because it's known for offering some of the best academic programs in this field so I want to leverage on that to gain the skills needed for a successful career.. I did got admitted to a few schools but the East Tennese state university stood out to me because of its curriculum which is far more comprehensive than the others and it aligns with my career goals.. In addition, the school is known for being supportive to international students which made it a better choice for me.
