They can shop at upscale grocery stores or specialty markets that offer organic produce, lean meats, and other healthy options. Additionally, they may have access to personal chefs or nutritionists who tailor their diets to meet their specific health needs. In contrast, lower-income individuals may rely on cheaper, less nutritious food options due to budget constraints, which can contribute to obesity and chronic health conditions.
