Yesterday, a headache crept in around 2 p.m. and worsened as the day went on. I woke up today with that same headache. For a moment, I thought about going back to sleep and pushing my workout to tomorrow. But then I paused and asked myself: What matters most? Can I still go to the gym? Yes. Can I push through this headache? Absolutely. Will it likely be gone tomorrow? Probably. But so will my opportunity to work out today. So, I’m heading to the gym.
