(Part 2) The Rockstar “Plan B” Retirement Plan
Cover your rent + every month… There are 574 online course marketplace listings on eLearningIndustry directory. If all you had was one (old or new) course on Udemy, Skillshare, Clickbank, LinkedIn Learning, and other biggies... My guess is that with a wee bit of time, your royalties would surpass the average U.S. rent ($1518 per month). Give it a year... ...and I'd predict your royalty income would cover your rent AND give you more than the average social security payment FREE AND CLEAR ($1778 a month) Those are just guesses. I've had courses do $1500 a day. Don't expect that. But.. 👉That's just for moving one old course gathering dust on the digital cloud to an active online learning marketplace. It's exciting. The grit in the cake is that it takes work to repurpose the old courses and set them up according to each marketplace's requirements. What if? There was a service to do that FOR YOU? 👉You provide the course (old or new) 👉We put it on the RELEVANT marketplaces, driving new sales, customers, and revenue for you while you do what you do. 👉We split the revenue 50/50 Would you take me up on it❓❓❓

Repurpose & Rent My IP? You can send $$ after you make sales 🙌
@Travis Sago made a post today about this topic and it's timely to what I have going on. I'm a Royalty Ronin member and have been doing the deals Travis talks about. Just launched one this week with another Ronin member @Aaron Krall We did EXACTLY what Travis says in today's post. Aaron has an audience of SaaS founders. I have a product that helps SaaS founders fix a BIG PROBLEM they have. Aaron is 'renting' my product for $995 every sale he makes. He charges $2,000, sends me $995. Together we repurposed the messaging and made some custom variations of my offer + Aaron added his own bonuses. We mixed our mojo together to come up with how we're selling this to his audience. And we dialed it in together pretty quickly by testing, getting feedback from the market and then analyzing the data. We also are using Travis' T3 campaign to promote to Aaron's audience. All the tools and opportunities you need are in this community. Are you looking for some IP you can repurpose and rent that's proven in the marketplace? If so, my Academy of Advertising might be a good fit for you. Here's the audiences that my program solves big problems for: 1) Agency Owners 2) SaaS Owners 3) E-commerce Store Owners 4) Info Product Businesses 5) Local Services 6) Coaching/Consulting Businesses 7) Business Opportunity If you got something in one of these categories and want to do a little coffee date, then slide into my DM's.

I have never seen my SaaS audience drool over an offer like they are for what Jason and I are putting together. I posted a couple T1's to get some convos started, (I used the Xray t2 to find out what they really wanted), with Jason's help whipped up a T3, have been using Travis's follow up taps, and we're already tapping in sales. I don't have to deliver anything, and Jason has been kind enough to tailor his training for SaaS companies, and there is NOTHING like it on the market. I just get to focus on T1's, tapping and collecting payments - it's fuckin unreal. First time in my life I can focus making offers and NOT delivering. With 2 kids at home I can basically run the whole thing from my cell phone while Eden is napping or riding on her "skay-board". @Jason Hornung has turned out to be a phenominal partner. If you don't have a product to sell, or an audience who needs more traffic, grease up your chest and slide into his DMs.

Turned $25 and a Pinball Machine into Billions
He wasn't always a billionaire. Turn the clock back to 1945... He was a pimple-faced sophomore in high school... With $25 and ballz of steel, he started his first business... He bought a used Pinball Game for $20 and put about $5 into repairs. What he did next was legendary. He didn't "flip" the Pinball machine for $100. That would've been good. Nobody would've shamed him for a 300% return on his money. But he didn't do that... What he did was GREAT and one of the reasons he became a billionaire. What did he do? He went to a barber shop and made a deal with the barber. "With your permission, I'd like to place this pinball machine in the corner over there. It will be great entertainment for your patrons. It will turn their wait time into fun. We'll split the money 50/50. You will never have to do anything. I will clean, service and collect the money." The barber said, "Okay!" (Why wouldn't he?) On the first DAY... He collected $4. He'd thought he died and gone to heaven. The first month, he collected over $120, and $60 was his split. Now... Not only did he have his investment back... He had enough money to invest in another Pinball machine and do it again. And he did... He had 8 pinball machines placed and cranking in income at one point. $480 a month... Every month... Doesn't seem like a lot in 2024. But in today's dollars... That would be $8700 per month. Now today... He's a billionaire. One of the richest men on Earth. He has said that his pinball business was one of the best businesses he ever ran, and it taught him a lot about prioritizing a business's cash flow. His name is Warren Buffet. Now... I am no Warren Buffet. But what Warren Buffet did as a kid with Pinball Machines... I do with intellectual property. 👉I create, buy or get control of intellectual property dirt cheap. My favorite is marketing IP—stuff that makes stuff sell. But courses, programs, worksheets, templates, ANYTHING useful that gives a result works. (For example, the pinball machine entertained them while they waited to be served.)

I've been in Royalty Ronin for a year. It's easily one of the best investments I've ever made. I would have paid 10x and still would be happy.
