First Founding Member!
Hello Friends! I know I have been a bit quiet lately....I have been working on building all the foundations to launch my online community this week! Sexual Mastery for Men ~ for Men who are dealing with any kind of sexual dysfunction, shame, porn addiction, or who are just seeking to level up their pleasure and mastery in the bedroom! I'm celebrating having my first founding member agree to join and filming my 2 bonus masterclasses. Next up is finishing editing of videos and promotional materials to launch this Wednesday! My mantra has been one step at a time. Also normalizing that these days are been FILLED with anxiety/doubt/ and fear. I've launched enough to know that right before it's out we feel ALL the doubt and fear/second guessing/negative self talk. Just want to normalize that if you are experiencing the same! Just keep listening to the deeper part of you, YOUR WHY and the YOUR FIRE to make an impact that is aligned with your souls medicine. Big love to you all!

What surviving a hurricane taught me!
It has been awhile since I had access to light, water or internet due to a hurricane that passed through my country. I am thankful for surviving the ordeal but I would like to share with you some lessons I learned. 1. It's a blessing to experience storms in our lives, especially when it doesn't kill us but makes us stronger. 2. Sometimes our storms come to give us a break from the things (like social media) that was keeping us busy from focusing on the things that truly matter 3. When you're without light, water and internet, it proves who in your life truly matters because without basic necessities, having someone who values who you are, does make a difference 4. Storms do come and go but having family and those who treasure you, are here to stay. 5. Learn to be thankful before you face your storm because if you can't find something worth thankful for, you won't have many reasons to be thankful during or after your storms. 6. Just remember that we all face storms whether we like it or not but once you make it through, regardless of the result, be thankful that you got another chance in life to focus on what truly matters

This was so powerful for me to read @Neil Morgan as I have been going through many levels of a "personal storm" the last year. I think the first point you make is the most powerful for me, to remember that it is a blessing and that I will be aware of all the levels of the blessing of the storm once it has passed ~ and it will pass! Also point number 2 resonates ~ refocusing on what really matters. Thank you for taking the time to share your reflections. I appreciate you!
We just landed in Vienna with the team - A question for you
First, hello to @Christian Zikes who's also from Austria👋 (I hope to meet you) Fun fact, in Vienna's airport there's a lounge for people who mistake Australia with Austria:) (Unlucky) For the last 2 months, we were in Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand... It was beautiful and colorful, however, it's not a place where to stay if you want to build magnificent long-lasting things that empower the world... Your environment matters more than we even realize. Thailand is a great "play" place where you can go on an adventure, but when you're in a season of creation and execution, you have to be in a place that supports the creation & execution. The next 3 months for us, as a team, and as a community will be big. We'll do something we've been wanting to do for a long time... 1. Set a base in a European country that's calm, "royal" and inspiring 2. Push out content on a large scale and document the journey behind building and growing communities (both bad and great moments - RAW footage) 3. Participate in skool.com games (the largest community competition in the world) We'll do this in the name of going above and beyond our limits, building something bigger than ourselves so we can fulfill our mission: to make successful paid communities accessible to anyone. Updates will be here. Also, we just added a second time for the mastermind in the #classroom so more of you can participate in those. + Attaching you a few photos of the glamorous Vienna. It's a new week, a new chance to see what we're capable of!!! What is your No 1 priority this week? @Tanya Monuma @Chelsea Fazio @Neil Morgan @Christian Zikes @Matthew Heller @Dan Remon @Tony Klein @Kenneth Breeze @Patriks Terauds @Candice Esposito @Buddy Lewis @Clinton Skinner @Andrew Bird @Sangharsh Gaikwad @Haley Wilson @Sam Gute-Rogers @Torbjörn Strand @Hans Christian Elbah Fiirgaard @Aman Lata

How to onboard members in your community like a maestro?
Onboarding is the first and most important part of the customer journey. You have two options: 1. Your onboarding flow is bad: the member joins, does not know what to do, becomes overwhelmed, doesn’t consume your content, becomes inactive, and leaves. 2. Your onboarding flow is great: the member joins, is equipped with all the information on the next steps and how he will win with you, consumes content, and becomes a loyal member. People don’t need motivation they need clarity. The biggest reason why people leave communities is because they feel overwhelmed, more specifically they lack clarity, and most community onboarding flow suck...they don't provide clarity and accountability. A great onboarding flow enables your members to have clarity, accountability, therefore, your members when join actually consume the content and stay for longer. Want to improve your onboarding flow? Check-out the new flow HERE. #BEMOREDANGEROUSEACHDAY
