Hi boys, anyone got any experience with any clothing manufacturers? Would love to ask a few questions as I am starting up my own fitness clothing brand.

@Diamond Chadah usually the supplier can arrange the shipping. But the cheapest is via sea shipping but takes very long. I’d recommend initially to allow your supplier to arrange shipping. However if you really want to do it, use international couriers such as DHL or FedEx

Mindset books for Q1
Hi guys, Thought I’d just put in here the books im reading for Q1, realistically I’ll read all of these by end of Feb but will likely re-read a couple of them in March too: Read in this order: 1) Psycho-Cybernetics - fantastic book to explain how your mind can work to help you achieve your goals 2) Atomic Habits - Now that you’ve learned how to used your mind with scientific evidence from book 1 it’s time to implement what you’ve learned by forming new positive habits and getting rid of bad ones through proven techniques 3) 7 Habits of highly effective people - At this point you’ve learned how your mind can work for or against you in book 1, book 2 taught you how to build positive habits. This book is about which habits you should implement into your life to make you more effective. 4) The 10X rule - to achieve your goals usually you have to do 10X more that what you think is necessary. This book illustrates that is a great way. Hope this was useful to someone.

Have Daily Stoic - Ryan Holiday and Daily Law - Robert Greene books These books have a message for each day in them. I start by reading the passage in the book. I’ll then journal my thoughts on the message they have put for that specific day. I do this to make sure I remember what’s been said and to ensure I actually comprehend the message. I’ll then write down any thoughts that I’m having from the previous day or just my thoughts in general. I’ll finish by writing out 3/4 goals - can be long term or short term. I write them in the present as though I have already achieved them. For example: I am so happy and grateful now that… After I write each goal I’ll also visualise it All in takes about 10/15 minutes
