I have a few things left in my house that I need to get gone but trying to do nothing but fruit and veggies. Yesterday i had grapes and oranges. My appetite has decreased tremendously. Getting my water in right now to curb the hunger pangs.
I'm a lot more conscious of what and WHEN I eat. I'm trying to stick with the 18/6 rule. Getting the "raw" in is what's most important to me right now. I have also started researching water fruits and benefits. I love me a good banana and avocado/guacamole though.
@Bobby Smith during the summer I ate A LOT of watermelon. It helps to cool those "personal summers" off from the inside out! @Bobby Smith What else do you suggest besides the oranges and grapes. Not to big on grapefruit so that's probably a no for me at this moment. I wonder will I ever just LOVE all/most fruits at some point.
