Hello Everyone, Christopher from Boston (Bean Town) here. Known as c2m across several platforms. I am recruiter primarily focused on IT role in the Boston area. It is full cycle desk, so I recruit ,as well as work with clients to help them fill their contract and full time role. Currently, I am focused on building pipelines for entry-level workers so they can gain interview traction in this challenging job market. I work with several training programs. Looking to build my brand as a connector across multiple industries. I will be expanding into the biomanufacturing and life science spaces. I see an an opportunity to help address the hiring of overqualified candidates by connecting training programs and candidates to directly to organizations that will increase employee retention, lower overall hiring costs and help get people trained in 12+ months versus going through the time and cost of advanced degrees. I have a business development background within the non-profit and staffing spaces. I own a brick-and-mortar business and I have limited experience in the real estate space. I am also an early adopter of crypto. I am a member of the Giraffe Tower NFT project. We have a Solana based token called $GARY and we have a Skool community. You may notice some 🦒profile pictures on Skool and X. Lastly, my profile mentions a platform called ENTRE. I am starting to explore the start up space within Boston. ENTRE is a LinkedIn like platform that focuses on connecting entrepreneurs. ENTRE host inverstor hours on Mondays which is a great live conversation with some funders, founders and those looking to get educated on start ups.
