This is a hypothetical question. I have a concern about liability issues. As long as I carry insurance, cleaner has insurance and you did the screening to the best of your ability should everything be ok. You can vet people and run background checks, however, there are things that go wrong and people who turn out not to be trust worthy. Am I protected as long as we both have insurance. Can I be taken completely out of business depending on how severe the problem. Examples: Fires, Destroyed Property or even worse.

GM just wanted to introduce myself I go by Jackie but Jacqueline is fine as well. I am excited to have a group to chat with about our business experience or inexperience if you’re me. I have only me who actually believes that I am capable to start a commercial cleaning business. I have my business license, a business checking account and it was like I hit a wall! I don’t know what happened maybe I need to research more put my next plays on paper and check them off but I am unsure what they should be!
