I just joined a team I trial ped for how to I pre pare

Cam some please give me a daily task for meas cdm 13-14 so I I can imporove myself and have stuff to do Can yu guys give me a list from when I wake up to sleep

I have a trial for a team I play cdm or cm but I’m going for their trading sessions as a trial for the club but my confidence is a bit low because the coach didn’t want to anitaly want to let me come because I have no other previous clubs and I think the team my be to good for me So what would help to stand out just in training and any tips for me as a cdm I’m 13 years ailed
