What is emotional intelligence and how do you already use it in your day to day life?
Emotional intelligence involves achieving your goals while simultaneously uplifting others' self-esteem. It's an inherent skill that encompasses comprehending human emotions and psychology and leveraging this understanding not selfishly, but in a holistic and efficient manner. The most effective way to close a deal is by instilling in the prospect the desire to take the desired action, all the while making them believe it's what they genuinely want for themselves. I think I use emotional intelligence massively in my life. I'm dyslexic, and this is one of my superpowers :P. Examples include building relationship with my barista or bagel shop cashier.

Why do you think itโ€™s important to use a closing/sale framework?
Having a framework is important because: - It ensures that you follow a proven structure of conversation. - The crucial elements of the pitch is covered. - Will avoid mumbling and getting stuck on sales call, which can diminish trust.

Assignment 3
A closer is unique compared to a traditional salesperson: - A closer typically sells to an eager and interested audience. - The closer secures the sale by guiding the client towards achieving their desired outcome through the transaction. - The closer aids the client in making an informed decision by providing precise answers. - The closer operates from a point of empathy and human connections rather than being a pushy salesman.
