@Margit Takacs it is so true that prospective clients don’t always know what they want or they don’t know how to articulate it. I use a lot of open-ended questions when I get on calls with some of them and it’s interesting to see how much they can share then. It’s like a counseling session where your mind opens up and you gain clarity as you keep speaking.
Joanne’s session had me thinking. In my membership programme, I address money mindset. It is an area that I am continuously reflecting on as well. I love the idea of journaling and thinking about what your 7-year-old self will be thinking or doing based on what she was told about money. I will be trying this one. Thanks!

I enjoyed Ian’s presentation. I’m on his mailing list and like how he clearly explains things. This presentation reminded me that I need to use more storytelling. I liked how he shared the types of stories with examples for each. That simplifies it for me.
