My strategy for winning every workout..
Hey team, I hope you all are having a great week. Here's a video discussing my strategy for "winning" every workout and how to consistency stay disciplined with your training. Since becoming a dad 4 years ago, this has been my saving grace for handling stressful seasons that have beat me up mentally and physically. Taking this approach has helped me: 1. Be more consistent - I don't ride the waves of stress that life brings to us all. Instead, I weather my expectations to meet my reality. 2. Enjoy my training more - I don't walk away feeling like a failure after my workouts - I am usually just proud of myself for getting it done! 3. See more gains over time - Because of (1) and (2) above - I have been able to make better progress in my fitness than ever before because I don't miss days. I hope this helps you all as much as it has helped me! If you have any questions - let me know below If you want some 1on1 coaching, you can access the application to join my FLO Training Academy below 👇 where we have packages for anyone looking to fast track their success. 1:1 FLO Training Academy Application Cheers, Dr. C

Consistency is the name of the game for me. I've resolved that even if I'm just going for a walk in the neighborhood for 30-45 minutes, thats better than doing nothing. That has allowed me to actually enjoy the times when I do lift. The older I get, the more I realize my fitness or physique isn't to "show off", its to give me the ability to live a healthy life and ultimately cut loose at my kids weddings (13 and 10). Staying consistent, giving myself grace in realizing that everyday doesnt have to be a "go hard in the paint day" has allowed me to see the results I enjoy. Heres to more life

In all seriousness though. I’ve been using a lot of Dr Colin’s workouts for almost a year now. Hands down the best I’ve felt and looked since college almost 15 years ago. However recently, I’ve found my elbows extra sore. I’ve taken a break for a few weeks now just to give them some rest but some regular everyday movements still causes some soreness. Any of you experience this with KB workouts and if so, what did you do for relief?
How to Level Up on School of Fitness
Hey team, I just wanted to get on and explain how leveling up works here on the School of Fitness. How do I get points? ENGAGEMENT! Points are earned when others like your posts, comments, and replies. 1 like = 1 point for the author. What is the points required for each level? Level 1 - 0 points Level 2 - 5 points Level 3 - 20 points Level 4 - 65 points Level 5 - 155 points Level 6 - 515 points Level 7 - 2,015 points Level 8 - 8,015 points Level 9 - 33,015 points As I continue to rollout more content + course in the future, the point totals above will become much easier to obtain so long as you are staying engaged with the community. Please let me know if you have any questions on this! You are the best - keep it going 👊

How to level up?
Hi guys, i’ve completed all the 0 level classes but i don’t understand how to progress to level 2 in order to unlock movement mastery. I know that Colin explained this on the first pinned comment but it seems that is not working for me. Thank you all, have a nice day (or night) :)
