Can we sell just one HL product on Subscription?
We've been on HL looking for support on this topic. We've been on multiple Zoom calls and they always end in a support ticket. We will be presenting to 7,000 people on the Social Planner Tool in a public and online format. Many will want to purchase "Social Planner". We want to be able to offer just the "Social Planner" section of HighLevel to these people. With this, I'm sure they will need to have their own indivudual access on a monthly subscription. We need assistance in setting this up.

@Kris and Kimberly Darney wow this is a massive opportunity I sure hope you get your answer. The new ticket system I really don’t like it. When you call - now it’s a ticket instead of a LIVE person. I hope this is no a precursor to bad customer service- but I m sure they are working on a solution. Good luck!

@Kris and Kimberly Darney 🤣🤣🤣well let the other features be there and just offer the social planner. Tell them you will offer trainings later to integrate the other features if they so choose. It’s like having a brand new Cadi with all the bells and whistle but you just go with whistle for now- discover the bells later. Grab that opportunity by the horns!!!!

Hi there, I've recently set up my new agency account and have received snapshots from both Jason and GHL. It seems there could be some overlapping functions between them. I have noticed both sides seem to have the same or very similar functionalities. I would rather keep them all "published" Would there be a negative impact on the communication side with prospects?

@Carlos Capurro agree. When I first joined HL tech support was awesome. Now they seem to training new people and it takes a few call backs to get issues resolved.
