Emotional intelligence from which we can be a good friend of a buyer through which we can close deal with the emotional satisfaction of a buyer.. It is one of the essential elements for closing and mostly once you get attached emotional to a buyer then the closing will be easier and recurring.. But to obtain emotional intelligence you need to practice 24/7 and talk to as many different person as possible and read them...

It's the system through which closer goes... Identify problems ( ask ) , give various valuable solutions and make them understand that your given solutions is the best for them..It really is a problem solving technique from a closer to buyer...
