Something isn't right... and now I can't unsee it! I was trying to get the heart emojis to be Skool colors and @Mike Hicks told me that I had yellow and light blue in the wrong place. But I was going off the Skool community photo! 😱 Is this on purpose? 🤔 @Sam Ovens is so attention to detail that I feel like this is an Easter egg.

Apply Elon Musks Building Principles To Your Skool 🧠
Was on the last call for The 100 when @Alex Hormozi mentioned Elon's Building Principles. They are: - Define Requirments - Eliminate Excess - Accelerate Rate of Learning - Optimise - Automate And you are to do this in THIS EXACT ORDER>>> So when you are building your skool, you should have a list of requirements: - Start Here Post and Start Here Classrom - Skool App Download - The mindset to fucking crush it - VSL - Good Offer Creation - Retention Video - etc Once you have built your skool and maybe added some courses Start to elimante excess (examples) - shitty member post - change the behaviour - help them become better - no one watching your course? delete that thang - categories for every word under the sun? delete a few no one will even know And then once you've done this You want to accelerate your rate of learning (examples) - take time to actually understand skool better - I spend between 8 and 16 hours a day staring at this platform and live in the merch - I could paint every screen there is on this platform from memory - Watched every skool stories podcast, skool games event - Seen every meme from @Allen Walker And then once you've consumed those memes You want to optimise (examples) - 15 minute video? Could it be 10? - Start Here post has Shakespearing Novels inside of it? Remove a few words And then you look at automating - Spending to long on skool but have a @Sophie Bella - give things to other people Skool is such an authentic platform and encourags just being real with your group so I don't do much automation but I know there are some bright kids on here that could share a thing or to in the comments. DOES THIS HELP YOU THINK DIFFERENTLY?

On Skool I use this to navigate Low vs mid vs high ticket 1. Low ticket: 1-99 (diy or dwy) 2. Mid: 100-500 (dwy or dfy) 3. High 500-1k (dfy usually) But an easier way to remember this? 2 digits: low (ex: 69) 3 digits: everything else (ex:420) The bad news? Low ticket DOES NOT Exempt you from putting in FAT HOURS On your community At any point, if you REALLY want to see it grow The center admins (especially the owner) Should get in the habit of connecting with each and every one. This, my homies is where the magic happens

@Diana Frank I do agree with this!! It’s better to be authentic and genuine than fake or trying to be like someone else. Those replicas are going to fade but being true to yourself will be the OG.

This is a very grown up post my brother by @Goose Dunlavey So I'm going to respond with more than just some cheerleading GIF which says 'boom' or lfg. Low ticket IS the anwer by Goose. I too have been watching the Skool Games replays - that is where the juice is. Not a front row seat but easily as valuable. We have been building our Skool free to low ticket with later a higher ticket to come. And it's hard, to get everything right. Fkn hard. 🥵 Leads Onboarding Big Value Engagement Calls Upsell And again delivering value But slowely we are gaining members and paying clients. And the engagement feedback is through the roof. I'm in for the long term so we are building 🏗️ 👷‍♂️ Ignore the caffine ☕ fueled big ticket bros and read and re-read Gooses post. Oh and yeah and Goose is chanelling Hormozi when he says you can later go big ticket IF and only IF "you're damn good at what you do". Beacause unless you have put in your 10.000 hours you are not there yet. Peach out 🎤
