What does your onboarding look like?
I think we all know how important the first few minutes are for the new members of your community. So I would like to ask you all to share in the comments how you carry out the onboarding. I know the question takes some time, but maybe you can just share your most valuable thoughts on this topic in the comments. I'll also post in the comments what my most valuable tips on onboarding are lg Calvin ๐Ÿซก

@Calvin Hollywood Is there a way to automate that unlocking? Or are you manually checking if someone completes the actions?
Re-read Gooses post - because you didn't get it yet.
This is a very grown up post my brother by @Goose Dunlavey So I'm going to respond with more than just some cheerleading GIF which says 'boom' or lfg. Low ticket IS the anwer by Goose. I too have been watching the Skool Games replays - that is where the juice is. Not a front row seat but easily as valuable. We have been building our Skool free to low ticket with later a higher ticket to come. And it's hard, to get everything right. Fkn hard. ๐Ÿฅต Leads Onboarding Big Value Engagement Calls Upsell And again delivering value But slowely we are gaining members and paying clients. And the engagement feedback is through the roof. I'm in for the long term so we are building ๐Ÿ—๏ธ ๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™‚๏ธ Ignore the caffine โ˜• fueled big ticket bros and read and re-read Gooses post. Oh and yeah and Goose is chanelling Hormozi when he says you can later go big ticket IF and only IF "you're damn good at what you do". Beacause unless you have put in your 10.000 hours you are not there yet. Peach out ๐ŸŽค

๐Ÿ† Your BIGGEST Nuggie
When it comes to traffic we all know the usual suspects: 1. paid (from paid ads) 2. organic (typically social media content) BUT theres one more that skool has created (that should NOT be confused with traditional organic) and you MIGHT not be taking advantage of it. I've decided we shall henceforth call it: HYPER ORGANIC its just like organic traffic... but more hyper. duh. more specifically its about the people that naturally find you on skool the platform itself. Its how i won the skool games last year, and if youre tactful you can do it too. you achieve it in 3 main ways: 1. posting gratitude in communities you learned from 2. sharing wins + discoveries specifically "how i did it" posts 3. KILLING ur about page, (cuz you WILL be eventually found on discovery) Of them, 3 is the most important and composed of three of ADDITIONAL things 1. market stand out features: claims, colors, photos 2. a CLEAR offer, (even if basic) 3. and OF COURSE a bomb ass VSL most people ignore me on these things, but one of these days theyll get it. Youre friggin welcome, dude.

How to use the classroom (creatively)
The classroom is the reason why many communities have little engagement (because people tend to watch videos). But you can use the classroom for many other things that some of you may not have thought of. Feel free to share your ideas on how you can use a classroom (apart from just uploading videos). Here are two (of many examples) that I use in my communities. 1๏ธโƒฃ TEAM ROOM In every club there is a room that is only for team members. This is how I use the classroom in one of my communities. We collect information about the communities there. Videos, documents, templates, etc. 2๏ธโƒฃ BLOG In my public community I have a classroom that serves as a blog. I publish search engine optimized articles there, which I then link to a post so that people can discuss the article. This is how I gain new members for my community. Those were just two ideas, now feel free to post your thoughts and tips on how else you can use the classroom lg Calvin๐Ÿซก

Lots of business bro's on this patform of course. But I am sure there are those with a mission to uplift as well. Say high here ๐Ÿ‘‹ What is your Skool about? What are you main challenges? How easy is it for you move your business online?
