Mirrorgazing
Lately I've been attracted to mirrorgazing, when I focus on my awareness I start to see other faces and sometimes a dark figure (more alien). Unfortunately, I can't see purely, because if I want to focus on the faces or shape, it disappears again and I see myself again. Does anyone have an idea what all this means, tips or does anyone know a link with good info about mirrorgazing meditation? Thanks in advance Have a blessed day

Main issue is to clear my mind, i will try later before bedtime and when the stomach is less active. and euh i tried the 1 minute challenge also… oh boy let me practice and lets talk again over a year 😄 Thanks for this meditationforms with the right frequentie 🙏

I'm david and since recently I went through a shift, lung complaints were the last drop that made me drop everything that no longer interested me, I took myself seriously and started to tackle my own demons. I live for authenticity, pure love in all forms and self-discovery both spiritually and physically. One cannot do without the other I think, I believe in self-healing through different energies such as food, movement, meditation,.. I am also very curious about what lies between the stars as well as what we as humans are all capable of. I am still looking for my own path where I can flourish ...
