What I learned from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks 🗣️
Why do some leads seem to fizzle out and come to nothing? - Below are the 3 key points I learnt from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks (12 of them moved to the next stage). Struggling with lead flow is everybody’s problem first, but once you get them through the door, how do you increase your chances of converting them? It’s not always about having a great Offer. Your Offer will attract the right leads but it's rarely the reason they convert. Here are the 3 (+1 Bonus) key takeaways: - Ask the Right Questions: Your lead has shown interest to an Offer of yours. Ask them relevant questions that will help you understand if you can help them (some call it the Fact-Finding stage). - Just Listen: This is easier said then done, but show genuine interest in what they’re saying. Pauses and silence in conversation will allow them to dig deeper themselves (this ALWAYS worked for me). It's also a form of therapy and builds trust (every human loves being listened to). - Communicate Your Solution: After expressing their pains and concerns, tell them WHAT you will do and HOW it will help them - that’s it. Your solution should touch on their main pains and concerns. - (BONUS) Don’t Pitch If You Can’t Help: This one can be a little bit tough, but there’s no point trying to get someone to buy who will not benefit. This will only lead to a poor experience, a bad review and a stain on your reputation. A lead will also respect you more if you are honest (and they might refer someone to you!) Any other tips that are key for speaking to leads? Drop a comment below if you have any advice for others! 👇👇👇👇👇👇 (Give a like too if you enjoyed!)

Good distinction on listening/communicating. I find that patients are more and more looking for ‘dry needling’ as opposed to Acupuncture, when in actuality, it’s the same thing. But allowing them to communicate their needs and desired outcomes rather than quibble over terminology has gotten patients in the door rather than hunting for other providers. 👍
