“We are so scared of the truth that most of us will rather live in a lie” 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝟏-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 Are you happy? And I mean are you really happy? - Are you happy with your lifestyle? - Are you happy with your choices? - Are you happy with your job? - Are you happy with your income? - Are you happy with your body? Most of us are not happy with the way we have structured our lives but we’ve managed to always find excuses on why it is not the right time to start changing, as for most of us living in a lie and state of denial has become more comfortable than facing the truth. I have personally failed so many times in life that I started feeling like a failure and kept failing because everything I was doing did not make me feel like I had any purpose in life. I played sports and did physical training all my life from age 5. I played for Parma AC and experienced the very top of coaching and training and realized that failure is exactly where changes begin to happen once you start pushing through them. I started my personal training business in 2012 and by 2017 I was making £5000 to £6000 a month. After so much failure I finally found my purpose but I was still not happy. Why? Because the truth was that I was living a lie. I was in top shape, I was making money so what was it that kept me from being genuinely happy? This is what kept me failing and unhappy, I used to go out every weekend and get out of control with: - Clubbing - Recreational drugs - Sex - Alcohol Nobody could really tell as I looked perfectly fine and in top shape but then depression started kicking in affecting my training, my relationship, my business and I was back where I started…I was failing again. In 2018 I decided to QUIT. I decided to quit - Going out on weekends without purpose - Taking recreational drugs - Drinking Alcohol - Making excuses - Playing the victim - Keeping company that did not align with my goals and values I decided to quit and I decided to take charge by excluding everything that hindered my focus, purpose and lifestyle.
